Why are we here?

I have decided to start a blog to record my own analysis to answer the question 'Is there life after death?" As a Muslim, I believe that the answer to this question is "yes", however, I intend to examine the very many and various responses to this question and also how I came to the conclusion that I believe that Islam answers this question
